St Edward the Confessor School will celebrate 40 years in 2018. It was established in response to the growing need for a Catholic school in the Daisy Hill area. Over the last 40 years, it has grown into a school of 550 students providing a high-quality education within the Catholic tradition.
The Sisters of the Presentation of Mary first staffed the school and we continue to draw on the inspiration of St Edward the Confessor, Nano Nagle (founder of the Presentation Sisters), St Francis Assisi, St Vincent De Paul, and Australia’s first saint - St Mary MacKillop of the Cross.
